- Performing routine plumbing maintenance and repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
- Maintaining the cooperative's gardens and outdoor spaces, including mowing, trimming, and weeding
- Monitoring and managing the irrigation system to ensure optimal water usage
- Assisting with minor building maintenance tasks as needed
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the facilities management team
- Ensuring a safe and clean work environment for all employees and visitors
- Relevant experience in plumbing and gardening/landscaping, preferably in a commercial or institutional setting
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with employees and report on maintenance activities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
