Plant Engineer - 3yrs exp in Electrical Manufacturing - Sal: 23k - 25k - Valenzuela

 Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.

 Preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE), but qualified non-board passers may also apply.

 At least three (3) years of experience in electrical manufacturing, switchgear,

panelboard, or related industries.

 Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

 Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Can work independently and under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

 Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot plant electrical equipment and production machinery.

 Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

 Investigate equipment failures and recommend effective corrective actions.

 Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

 Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and production lines.

 Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.

 Prepare maintenance reports, equipment records, and technical documentation.

 Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and equipment reliability.

 Supervise contractors and maintenance personnel when necessary.

 Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by Management.
