About the Role

We are looking for a Plant Manager with a strong foundation and proven experience in manufacturing operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily plant activities, optimizing production process.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.

· Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

· Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure operational targets are met or exceeded.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, HR) to align plant goals with company objectives.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control initiatives.

· Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.

· Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making
