Position: Plant General Manager

Location: Carmona, Cavite

Salary: Php200,000 and sbove

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00AM – 5:00PM)

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder

At least 10 years of experience as General manager

Experience working in a manufacturing company i advantage

Amenable to attend face to face interview

Amenable to start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee overall plant operations, including production, quality, supply chain, and administration.

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and improve operational efficiency.

Lead and manage department heads to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.

Monitor manufacturing processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
