Oversee all financial aspects of the company's operations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to the management team
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement efficient financial processes and controls
Mentor and inspire a skilled accounting team, fostering growth, guidance and knowledge-sharing
Coordinate and manage the semi-annual and annual audit process
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in food manufacturing finance.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification required
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or similar role in the food manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations
Experience in managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP Systems and advanced MS Excel
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
