QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Project for creating, planning, and managing project schedules.
• Basic understanding of project planning, scheduling, and progress-tracking principles.
• Ability to prepare, monitor, update, and report on project schedules and timelines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Willingness to work overtime when project demands or deadlines require it.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera/MS Project).
• Monitor project progress and update timelines regularly.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Identify risks, delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports, charts, and forecasts for management.
• Assist in resource planning (manpower, materials, equipment).
• Support budgeting and cost control activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and adherence to schedules.
