Job Description
- Install and repair piping systems in various residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine specifications.
- Assess and troubleshoot issues with existing piping systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Adhere to safety regulations and building codes in all work performed.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pipefitting apprenticeship is preferred.
- Experience Level: 5-8 years of relevant experience in pipefitting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in the use of pipefitting tools and equipment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliability and a commitment to safety in the workplace.
