Key Responsibilities:

• Pick tiles, accessories, adhesives, grout, and other products according to sales orders or picking lists.
• Verify product item code, description, color, size, batch, and quantity before picking.
• Locate and retrieve products from the correct warehouse storage area.
• Check picked items for damage, defects, or incorrect quantities.
• Properly stack, arrange, and prepare products for delivery or customer pickup.
• Handle tile boxes carefully to prevent breakage and damage.
• Coordinate with the warehouse staff, delivery team, and sales department regarding orders.
• Assist in loading picked orders onto delivery vehicles when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse and picking areas.
• Follow proper inventory, safety, and material-handling procedures.
• Report shortages, damaged products, or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
