Picker

Warehouse or fulfillment role responsible for locating and retrieving specific products from storage to fulfill customer or internal orders.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Read pick tickets or use barcode scanners to locate and pull items based on quantity and size.
• Quality Control: Inspect merchandise for defects or damage before packing.
• Packing & Preparation: Pack, label, and securely wrap items for safe transport.
• Inventory Management: Update stock levels, conduct physical counts, and report discrepancies.
• Safety & Upkeep: Maintain a clean work environment and operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Must be willing to relocate or work in Buildamart, Pasig.
• Experience in grocery stores, fast-food chains, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform picking, packing, and inventory-related tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
