- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods; check quality and report damages or discrepancies
- Prepare items for issuance or order fulfillment, including picking and staging to correct locations
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure reconciliation in different systems
- Update and maintain accurate stock records, stock cards, picking lists, and material issue documentation
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and observe good 5S practices for safety and organization
- With complete mandatories (SSS PAGIBIG PHILHEALTH NBI)
- Able to lift and move heavy items (up to ~20–25 kg)
- Good attention to detail and numerical skills
- Computer literate in MS Office
