1. Physical Therapy

• Perform initial exam, evaluated records or physician referrals prior to interventions
• Prepare for upcoming therapy sessions for the patients and ensure safety of the patient
• Plan and carry out the programs of the rehabilitation doctor
• Evaluate treatment plans and documents the progress of the patient during therapy sessions
• Administer exercises with or without devices as ordered by the Rehabilitation Doctor
• Administer treatment using devices such as traction, TENS , ultrasound etc
• Educates the family regarding home treatments options and exercises

2. DigiMed Plus

• Acts and performs responsibilities of Admin and Tech support on the DigiMed PLUS platform when assigned and performs online physical therapy for member

3. Onsite/ Mobile Services

• Performs tasks and responsibilities to be done during onsite or post onsite activities / Home service such as but not limited to history taking and vital signs, home rehabilitation, and registration during onsite APE etc.

4. Scheduling of Appointments

• Coordinates with patients and nurses/customer service representative (CSR) regarding the scheduling of sessions in order to avoid overlapping and maximize the use of the space
• Coordinates with the rehabilitation doctor for patient evaluations

5. Documentation, reports and other task that may be assigned from time to time.

• Registered Physical Therapist (PTRP)
• At least 6 months of relevant experience
• Able to operate related devices / machines which follows: Desktop, Traction Machine, TENS machine, Ultrasound, Treadmill, Shockwave, Radiofrequency, Paraffin wax bath, Tecar and Additional machines in therapy areas
• Working Environment : Clinic-based/Home service/Digital Platform; Deals with patients in pain, with movement problems
