Science Instructor (Full-time / Part-time)

Location: Jabez International Education – Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines

We are currently looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Science Instructor to join our growing academic team.

Responsibilities

• Teach Science subjects such as General Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Science.
• Provide academic support for international school students (Middle School, High School, IB, and other curricula).
• Prepare effective lesson plans, activities, and learning materials.
• Explain complex scientific concepts in a clear and engaging way.
• Assess students' understanding through quizzes, assignments, and regular evaluations.
• Provide individualized feedback to improve students' academic performance.
• Help students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Monitor student progress and maintain academic records.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and the academic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of science concepts and academic curriculum.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience teaching Science subjects is preferred.
• Experience teaching international school students is an advantage.
• Ability to explain lessons clearly and adjust teaching methods according to students' needs.
• Passionate, patient, responsible, and student-centered.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching license or professional teaching certification.
• Experience with IB, AP, Cambridge, or international school curriculum.
• Experience preparing students for science examinations.
• Experience teaching online and face-to-face classes.
