The Part-Time Company Physician is responsible for providing occupational health services, promoting employee wellness, and ensuring compliance with Philippine Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards. The role includes conducting medical consultations, evaluating employees' fitness for work, managing work-related illnesses and injuries, advising on workplace health and safety, and supporting the implementation of company health programs in coordination with the Company Nurse, Safety Officer, and HR Department.

Job Qualifications

1. Doctor of Medicine (MD)
2. Valid PRC Physician License
3. With at least 2 years of clinical or occupational health experience
4. Occupational Health (OHNAP/BOSH for Occupational Health Personnel) training is an advantage
5. Experience in a construction or industrial setting is preferred
6. Knowledge of Philippine OSH Standards and DOLE regulations
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and medical assessment skills
