Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide medical care, first aid, and referrals for employees.
• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical examinations.
• Assess fitness for duty and recommend adjustments if needed.
• Develop and implement health and wellness programs.
• Educate employees on preventive healthcare and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and occupational health standards.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Lead medical response during workplace emergencies.
• Train employees in basic first aid and emergency medical procedures.
• Advise management on health-related policies, ergonomics, and preventive measures.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Medical Doctor (PRC).
• Training or specialization in Occupational Medicine preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOLE regulations and OSH standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
