Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical impairments, functional limitations, and mobility concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient's condition, goals, and rehabilitation needs.
• Provide appropriate physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and other evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families regarding proper exercises, home programs, injury prevention, and techniques for maintaining physical function.
• Ensure proper and safe use of physical therapy equipment and treatment modalities.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records and treatment documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other members of the healthcare team when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, professional standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
• Provide compassionate, professional, and patient-centered care that promotes comfort and positive treatment experiences.
• Participate in clinic meetings, training programs, continuing professional development, and other company activities as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be reasonably assigned by management.
