Job Description

• Conduct basic client assessments, mobility checks, and contraindication screening.
• Deliver safe and effective assisted stretching, mobility, and company-approved recovery services.
• Monitor client comfort and adjust techniques based on individual needs and feedback.
• Educate clients on mobility, flexibility, posture, recovery, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client session records.
• Provide excellent customer service and support client retention and membership engagement.
• Participate in corporate wellness events, mobile services, and other company activities.
• Follow all StretchX service, safety, hygiene, and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid PRC Physical Therapist License is required.
• Fresh graduates and newly licensed Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.
• Experience in wellness, rehabilitation, sports therapy, assisted stretching, or mobility services is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and client-service skills.
• Willing to undergo training in StretchX assisted stretching and service protocols.
• Professional, physically fit, dependable, and comfortable working directly with clients.
