JOB PURPOSE

The Physical Therapist is

responsible for delivering safe, professional, and effective assisted

stretching and mobility services to clients. The role ensures that all sessions

follow proper clinical standards, safety protocols, and contraindication screening

procedures to support client wellness, recovery, and injury prevention.

The Physical Therapist also

contributes to client education, service quality, and overall client

satisfaction.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Assessment and Screening

·        Conduct initial client assessments prior to

therapy sessions.

·        Review client medical history and physical

condition.

·        Identify contraindications that may affect

treatment.

·        Evaluate range of motion, flexibility, and

mobility limitations.

·        Determine appropriate treatment approaches

based on client needs.

Assisted Stretching, Mobility Therapy, and Manual Therapy

·        Deliver structured assisted stretching and

mobility sessions.

·        Apply proper therapeutic techniques based on

professional training.

·        Monitor client comfort and safety throughout

each session.

·        Adjust techniques based on client response and

feedback.

·        Maintain consistent communication with the

client during treatment.

·        Applying different modalities as needed

 Client Safety and Clinical Compliance

·        Follow company clinical protocols and safety

guidelines.

·        Immediately stop therapy if any signs of

discomfort, injury, or contraindications appear.

·        Maintain safe stretching intensity levels.

·        Ensure proper body mechanics during therapy

sessions.

·        Report any incidents or adverse reactions.

·        Supporting client retention and membership

engagement, and coordinating client schedules when necessary

Client Education

·        Provide guidance on posture, flexibility, and

mobility improvement.

·        Educate clients about injury prevention and

recovery techniques.

·        Recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments

when appropriate.

Documentation and Record Keeping

·        Maintain accurate records of client sessions.

·        Document assessments, treatment interventions,

and outcomes.

·        Ensure all client information is handled

confidentially in compliance with data privacy laws.

Corporate and Mobile Services

·        Provide therapy services during corporate

wellness programs and events.

·        Assist in setting up mobility stations during

deployments.

·        Represent the company professionally when

interacting with corporate clients.

Professional Development

·        Maintain valid PRC Physical Therapist license.

·       Participate in training programs and

professional development activities.

·        Stay updated on industry best practices and

therapy techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor’s

Degree in Physical Therapy.

License

Must hold a

valid PRC license as a Physical Therapist.

Experience

Preferred experience in:

·        Rehabilitation clinics

·        Sports therapy

·        Mobility or stretching therapy

·        Wellness centers
