Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the Physical Therapy team.

Evaluate patients and create appropriate treatment plans.

Perform physical therapy treatments using proper techniques and modalities.

Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.

Ensure all treatments follow clinic policies and professional standards.

Train, mentor, and evaluate Physical Therapists and PT assistants.

Prepare staff schedules and manage daily clinic operations.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (PRC Licensed).

At least 5–8 years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy.

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is an advantage.
