• Conduct Postural Analysis and Movement Screening
• Perform Functional Movement Assessments
• Identify muscular imbalances and mobility limitations
• Evaluate joint range of motion, flexibility, and stability
• Perform pain and limitation assessments
• Explain assessment findings clearly to members
• Recommend individualized recovery and corrective exercise plans
