Description :
- Handle large volumes of customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies BPO best practices.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing a professional service experience.
- Document customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Work with client services team to ensure excellent service is delivered.
Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in •1 year bedside / direct patient care experience required or as a company /clinic nurse with COE •With active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months).
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language, excellent customer service skills, adept at problem-solving, and a strong work ethic.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information on products and services, resolve issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and document interactions accurately.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires sitting for long periods, and may include shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, effective communicator, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
