Mobile Technician

Key Skills:

• Troubleshoot and repair mobile phones (hardware/software)
• Handle customer concerns clearly and professionally
• Basic CRM/ticketing and inventory system knowledge
• Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
Good problem-solving and adaptability
• Team player with good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and motherboard repairs
• Assist customers and resolve inquiries/complaints
• Manage inventory, records, and documentation
• Handle orders, returns, and service requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role is required
• Knowledgeable in Micro soldering repair
• With NCII (or related certification) is a plus
• Computer literate; familiar with inventory systems
• Organized, flexible, and able to work independently
