Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Medical Representatives within the assigned district
• Achieve and exceed district sales targets for oncology products
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare institutions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
• Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments for campaigns and product launches
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports

Job Requirements

• College Graduate of Business Administration or Science Course
• Experience in Oncology Products
• CAN DO FIELD WORK!!
• 1-2 years experience as District Manager or Related Role is Required
