• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medication and managing prescriptions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders for medications and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the pharmacy.
• Support administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: College graduate or NCIII for Pharma Services or equivalent
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
