- Dispensing and preparing medications: Assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions by counting, measuring, mixing, and labeling medications accurately.
- Prescription verification: Receive and check prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and potential conflicts, verifying patient and prescription information using a database.
- Inventory and stock management: Monitor stock levels, order new supplies, manage expiration dates, and ensure medications are properly sorted and stocked.
