PHARMACIST
Job Requirements
- Must be a Registered Pharmacist
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- With a valid PRC license
- With at least 6 months of related experience
- Must be computer literate
- Willing to assigned in Canlubang, Calamba Laguna
- Willing to be assigned at Hospital Setting.
Responsibilities
- Responsible in giving special patient information regarding the drug dosage, route of administration, as part of total care program.
- Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed.
- Checks for accuracy of dose prepared.
- Provides drug control considering proper storage and dispensing, insures that all states and drug laws are followed.
- Provides for proper record keeping and billing.
