- Resolve customer inquiries and issues by coordinating with internal teams
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to gather feedback and improve products/services
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction using data analysis
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with teams to create innovative growth strategies
- Prepare annual marketing plans, including forecasts, budgets, and promotional strategies
