Job Title: Pest Control Services (Technical specialist)

The Pest Control Technician is responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and applying appropriate treatment methods to control and prevent infestations. The role requires safe handling of chemicals, good customer service, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial sites for signs of pests
• Identify types of pests (insects, rodents, termites, etc.) and determine treatment plans
• Apply pesticides, traps, and other control methods safely and effectively
• Seal entry points and provide preventive recommendations to clients
• Maintain accurate service records and treatment reports
• Follow company procedures and local health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Educate customers on pest prevention and after-treatment care
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and service vehicles

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in pest control is an advantage (training may be provided)
• Knowledge of pest behavior, chemicals, and control methods
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working in different environments
• Valid driver’s license (if required for field work)
