Position: Pest Control Technician

Employment Type: Full-time, field-based · Trainee (1 month); Probationary (6 months) leading to Regular upon meeting regularization standards

Work Location: Field assignments across Metro Manila; reports to our office in Mandaluyong City

Reports to: Operations / Field Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Carry out pest control and treatment services (general pests, termites, rodents, etc.) at client sites, following approved procedures and safety standards
• Inspect premises to identify pest problems and recommend the right treatment for each site
• Prepare and apply chemicals and equipment safely, in line with product guidelines and health & safety regulations (RA 11058 / OSH Standards)
• Complete accurate service reports and job forms for every visit
• Deliver friendly, professional service that keeps clients satisfied and coming back
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good, working condition

What You Need (Required)

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience as a pest control technician or in a related field service role
• Knowledge of common pest control methods and safe chemical handling
• Willing to work on-site/in the field and travel to different client locations around Metro Manila
• Physically able to perform field work (lifting equipment, working in various conditions)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to undergo pre-employment medical exam and submit standard clearances (NBI, Barangay/Police)

Nice to Have (Preferred)

• TESDA or manufacturer training/certification in pest management
• Valid driver's license (Professional) — a strong advantage
• Basic English/Filipino communication skills for client interaction
• Experience with termite treatment, fumigation, or fogging

Compensation & Benefits

• ₱18,000-19,000/month, based on experience (negotiable)
