Personal Driver

Personal Driver provide transportation services for their employer or client, ensuring their safe and timely travel. His duty often extend beyond driving, including vehicle maintenance and some personal assistance tasks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Driving the employer or client to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner
• Maintaining the vehicle to ensure that it is clean and in good working order
• Mapping out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
• Listening to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
• Adjusting the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
• Assisting with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, and other goods
• Ensuring that the vehicle’s paperwork, such as registration and insurance, are up-to-date
• Providing assistance to the employer or client, such as running errands or helping with physical mobility
• Observing and adhering to all traffic and driving laws, ensuring safety at all times
• Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
• Ensuring that the vehicle is always fuelled and ready for use.
• Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
• Updating monthly mileage records.
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner at all times, respecting all traffic regulations.
• Maintaining a clean and presentable vehicle.
