Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 1 - 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, adept in support services, scheduling, and possessing excellent organizational skills. Must maintain discretion with confidential information.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage office communications, schedule appointments and meetings, maintain files, assist in preparation of reports, and support office staff and executives with clerical tasks.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typically 8-5
  • Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
