Description
- Organize and update company 201 records and documentation
- Monitor and update HR databases with different information ex. new hires, terminations, end of contracts
- Update leave ledger
- Handling Timekeeping and Payroll management manually
- Assist team with the preparation and execution of trainings
- Recruitment: Posting of Job ads on different portals and schedule initial screening.
- Provide administrative support
Requirements
- Preferably Psychology/Behavioral Science/Human Resources graduate or any related course. (College undergrads are encouraged to apply with experience)
- Preferably at least 1 to 2 years experience in the general HR function
- Must know how to do timekeeping & payroll processing
- Must be knowledgeable with Excel formulas
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong
