Job Requirements

1. Over one year of experience as a trainer is preferred;

2. Proficient in Chinese communication, flexible thinking, strong communication and presentation skills, excellent ability to handle on-the-spot situations, and good control of the audience;

3. Positive attitude, strong affinity, and ability to work under certain pressure;

4. Proficient in creating high-quality PPT presentations (essential), familiar with office software, capable of developing new courses, and able to independently plan and implement professional training.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for training new employees;

2. Collect and evaluate relevant courses and learning materials based on the company's training needs; develop and maintain suitable learning and training channels to ensure the richness and applicability of training resources;

3. Understand the needs of learners, prepare lessons effectively, enrich course content, design course structure, manage on-site activities, and continuously improve training courses based on feedback;

• 4. Follow up on feedback regarding the effectiveness of training; analyze and summarize training work, and propose rational suggestions for training management and course improvement; evaluate training effectiveness and submit analysis reports.
