Position: Payroll Assistant

Industry: Manufacturing Company

Location: Subic, Zambales

Salary: Php17,000 – Php20,000

Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Dayshift)

Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or any business-related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Knowledgeable in payroll software and timekeeping systems.
  • Willing to work fully on-site.
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing employee payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining and updates employee records in the payroll system.
  • Verifying attendance and timekeeping data before payroll processing.
  • Addresses employee payroll inquiries professionally.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of all payroll records.
