Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, tax processing, and statutory benefits administration.
• At least 3 years of experience leading or supervising payroll operations or a payroll team.
• Hands-on experience using SAP for payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements.
• Experience with payroll controls, audits, compliance, and payroll timeline management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review payroll computations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and Philippine government regulations.
• Lead and support payroll operations while coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related concerns.
• Perform payroll audits and ensure payroll controls are in place.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth payroll processing.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist in process improvement initiatives.
