Payroll Officer
Key
Responsibilities:
Payroll
Processing: Manage bi-monthly payroll (15th/30th) for 30-50 employees,
including OT, night diff, and holiday pay.
Government
Compliance: Calculate and remit monthly SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
contributions.
Tax
Administration: Compute withholding taxes and file monthly BIR Form 1601-C.
Time &
Attendance: Monitor DTRs, track absences/tardiness, and manage employee leaves.
Year-End Tasks:
Handle 13th-month pay and annual BIR Form 2316 processing.
Employee
Support: Serve as the go-to person for payroll queries, government loans, and
benefit claims.
