The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing employee salaries accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees on a scheduled basis

• Compute salaries, overtime, deductions, incentives, and benefits

• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies

• Coordinate with HR and Finance regarding payroll concerns

• Prepare payroll reports and related documentation

• Handle employee inquiries regarding salary and payroll concerns

• Monitor attendance, leave balances, and government contributions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, HR, or related field

• Experience in payroll processing is an advantage

• Knowledgeable in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

• Good communication and organizational skills
