• Process end-to-end payroll
• Compute: Daily wages, overtime, holiday pay, and night differential
• Validate and consolidate DTRs from multiple project sites
• Prepare and process statutory contributions: Social Security System (SSS), PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG Fund
• Compute and file withholding taxes with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Generate payroll reports and assist in audits
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll computation and statutory benefits
• Experience handling 150–300 employees
• Proficient in Excel and payroll systems (e.g., Sprout, HRIS)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction or manpower-intensive companies
• Familiar with DOLE compliance and payroll audits
• Strong coordination and communication skills

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, HR, or related field
• At least 2–5 years of payroll experience (construction industry preferred)
