Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in payroll or HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HR consulting, strong computer literacy, excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage payroll processing, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, and assist with HR functions.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with a team.
