Payroll Specialist
Job Description
Description
- Work closely with HR team for payroll related matters such as new hires, terminations, change of status, and benefits.
- Partner with other departments to facilitate timely processing of hourly employees including verifying the accuracy of overtime hours, paid time off and leaves of absence.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS functionality to gain efficiencies through better automation and integrations.
Requirement
- Ability to handle highly confidential information and keep payroll and other employee personal information confidential
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with excellent service mindset
- Result oriented with strong work ethic and integrity
