Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of products including cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and specialty desserts
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency and quality
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofers, and sheeters
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Decorate basic baked goods when required
- Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
