- Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and breads according to high-quality standards.
- Ensure all baked goods meet the expected taste and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to uphold safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in the creation and development of new pastry recipes.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0-2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for baking and creativity
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
