- Responsible for preparing and checking the materials such as flour, spreads, and other items before starting work.
- Responsible for cooking and baking according to our bread schedule.
- Responsible for adhering to bread quality and product standards during cooking and baking, including taste, appearance, and weight or size.
- Responsible for creating reports such as Production Report, Running Report, and Inventory of raw materials at the end of each shift; ensuring that the production running report is always updated.
- Responsible for managing the production team (baker and assistant) to ensure the baking of bread that meets quality standards and aims to increase production; Provide an Incident Report or inform the supervisor if the Baker/Assistant does not comply or misbehaves.
- Responsible for receiving and checking the delivery of raw materials, ensuring they are of the correct quantity and in good condition.
- Notify the supervisor of any concerns such as changes in the volume of bread production, whether it is necessary to decrease or increase production depending on the situation and other concerns.
- Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of containers, storage areas, baking equipment (kneader, roller, mixer), cooking utensils for bread, tables, and the surrounding production area.
- Responsible for reporting to the supervisor any damaged equipment, utensils, weighing scales, raw materials containers, bread trays, and others.
- Responsible for promptly reporting to the maintenance team if any baking equipment is damaged for immediate attention.
- Responsible for informing the inventory personnel to provide an update on remaining raw materials.
- Responsible for preparing the items needed for the turnover during shift change.
- Comply with company policy regarding transfer of assignment if directed by the company.
