- Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Pastry Arts or Culinary Science.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in baking techniques, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare a variety of pastries, maintain cleanliness, and follow recipes accurately.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and working early mornings or late evenings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, team player, time management skills, and passion for baking.
