Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

• Build and manage strategic partnerships across industries (finance, airlines, merchants, events)

• Lead business development efforts including lead generation, pitching, and closing deals

• Plan and execute joint campaigns with partners (holiday promos, double-digit sales, special offers)

• Negotiate partnership terms, packages, and commercial agreements

• Create and implement growth strategies aligned with company targets

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for execution

• Manage and nurture long-term partner relationships

• Track performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Sales-driven and results-oriented

• Strong in strategizing and campaign execution

• Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales is an advantage

• Background in travel, events, or related industries is a plus

• Proactive, resourceful, and goal-oriented
