Greet and assist customers, providing them with product information and recommendations.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are displayed appropriately.
Assist with product inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and helpful manner.
Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety standards.
Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.
Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as required, such as opening/closing the store and handling special requests.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or retail certification is a plus.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.
