Description
- Assist customers with parking needs and provide exceptional service.
- Monitor parking activities to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
- Keep parking areas clean and organized.
- Manage collection of parking fees and issue receipts.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0–2 years of experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible and punctual individual.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor environment, subject to varying weather conditions.
