Description
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Select and apply paints, stains, and finishes to a variety of surfaces.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship by maintaining standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure proper application.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, ability to work independently
- Qualities and Traits: Reliability, good communication skills, strong work ethic
- Working Conditions: May involve working in various weather conditions and heights
