Job Description
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Mix paints and coatings to desired colors and finishes.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Conduct touch-ups and repairs as needed.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use protective equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Educational Qualifications: Edu not required, but basic knowledge of color theory and design is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in painting, preferably in residential or commercial settings.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in various painting techniques, attention to detail, and ability to work with different tools and materials.
- Working Conditions: May involve indoor and outdoor settings, sometimes in varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, self-motivated, strong eye for detail, and good communication skills.
