I. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

A Fulfillment Associate is responsible for preparing and securing the items in the right packaging to ensure the items will be received in good condition.

II. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. In charge of fulfillments (picking and packing) operations for B2C and B2B orders   

2.     Picking customer order/s correctly and update the order status in the ERP system.

3.    Report damages, expired items, and empty racks/bins immediately to your immediate head.

4.    Packing and checking of products/items based on customer orders and requirements.

5.    Sticker label task (barcode and sticker)

6.    Helps in warehousing tasks.

7.    Ensure the working area is clean and organized.

8.    Communicate and collaborate with another team member to discuss order-related concerns.

9.    Assist in the unloading/loading of inbound and outbound items.

10. Checker, reliever, dispatcher and Reliever to supply chain operations

11. To do other duties/tasks needed in the operations.

I. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTITUDE:

1.  Self-driven and can work as part of a Team.

2.  Has keen attention to detail.

3.  Deadline oriented

4.  Good communication skills both oral and written.

II. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. College level of any college degree course.

2. Preferably with experience in warehouse operation.
