Description
- Design and develop packaging solutions that meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct tests to evaluate packaging performance, durability, and safety.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to optimize packaging processes.
- Analyze material properties and recommend sustainable packaging options.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in packaging design.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in packaging design and development.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD software and packaging design tools.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with potential for on-site testing in manufacturing facilities.
